Do you accept walk-ups?
No — all trips are prearranged and booked in advance. We do not accept on-demand or walk-up requests. Please book online or contact us ahead of your travel date.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can — a day or two ahead is best, especially for peak travel dates and holidays. Same-day airport rides are sometimes possible if the calendar has room; call or text and ask.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book and we watch it — your pickup moves with the delay at no extra charge. A call or text from you helps too, especially if your plans change completely.
Do you take groups?
Every Live Oak car is a standard car that seats up to 4 passengers. For a bigger group, book one car per four riders — or call or text us and Chris will help you plan it.
